Shipping Policies
Important Shipping Notice to Buyers
Please allow up to 5-6 working days for delivery via ParcelForce Europe. Times quoted for delivery are for business days and only estimation.
Risk of any loss, damage or deterioration of or to the goods will be the customer’s responsibility from dispatch (see below). We will not be liable for any damage, deterioration or loss of goods that has been dispatched for delivery.
Customs charges may apply to any international shipments. Customs duty, if imposed, is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Should any package be returned to us for lack of payment of customs charges, return shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee will be applied to any refund.
Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. If you do not receive your email, please do not hesitate to contact us and we can resend the information to you.
Friday/Saturday Orders
All of our shipments are priority and normally take between 5 and 6 days to arrive to Canada. If you purchase on a Friday or the weekend, you will not receive your shipping confirmation until the next Monday and your package will arrive roughly Thursday through Saturday.
Cancellations
We dispatch our shipments quickly. If you have decided to cancel your order, please know that we can only complete a cancellation if your order has not already been dispatched to the courier. This means that we must have a cancellation notice from you within 12 hours of placing your order. Should you choose to cancel an order prior to your order shipping, you agree to a full refund minus the Paypal transaction fee, which we cannot recover.
Problems with Receipt of Goods
Regrettably, there do arise occasionally shipping issues beyond our reasonable control. If your goods were received damaged, please contact us directly.
Should your order be detained or returned by international customs, please know that we fully insure your package and will work with you to guarantee either the delivery of your parcel or a full refund should it never arrive due to clearance issues. This is part of our service to you and included in our pricing for all customers.
