A dispatch service works with a network of suppliers to implement all the steps necessary to purchase goods on your behalf and have them sent to you.  This means that your goods may not always come from the same vendor, but the service will always ensure available inventory, at the set price you see. Using a dispatch service generally means customers can pay for global goods in their own currency with specified shipping terms and rest assured the dispatch service takes care of everything else.

Account Questions

Please place items into your account and proceed to checkout where you will be prompted to create an account.  Alternately, click on the “My Account” link displayed in the navigation bar.  There is a “Register” link located underneath the login area. 
You may request a cancellation of your account by submitting the request to us. Please contact us.

Purchasing Questions

It can take up to 1 hour for your receipt to come through your server.  You can also go into “My Account” and click the “Print” button corresponding to your order to view your receipt.   
If you have a credit card, you can still check out using Paypal without a Paypal account.  When redirected to Paypal, you will simply enter your credit card information, which will be charged.  Without a Paypal account, you will need to manually enter your payment information for each purchase.  Also please ensure you click the link to return to our website after payment so that you receipt will be sent.
