Shipping Policies

Important Shipping Notice to Buyers

Please allow up to 4-6 working days for delivery via USPS and FedEx. Times quoted  for delivery are for business days and only estimation. We are not obliged to deliver the goods to you if we are unable to do so as a result of matters which are beyond our reasonable control.  Please note that we can only ship to verified United States Postal addresses.

We offer shipping to the US via United States Postal Service and FedEx. Please allow up to 5-6 working (business) days for delivery (1 day of handling and 3-5 days delivery).  If you purchase on a Thursday night, Friday or the weekend, you will not receive your shipping confirmation until the next Monday.  Times quoted  for delivery are for business days and only estimation. We cannot warrant that the dates will be exact.  We are unable to be liable for any loss or damage either directly or indirectly that fails to deliver on or by a specified date. 

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information.  If you do not receive your email, please do not hesitate to contact us and we can resend the information to you.  Please track your package, as all orders over $50 will require your signature for the carrier to leave at your door.

Friday/Saturday Orders

All of our shipments are priority and normally take between 2 and 5 days to arrive. If you purchase on a Friday or the weekend, you will not receive your shipping confirmation until the next Monday and your package will arrive roughly Wednesday/Thursday.

Problems with Receipt of Goods

Regrettably, there do arise occasionally shipping issues beyond our reasonable control. If your goods were received damaged, please contact us directly. Complaints regarding manufacturing errors, suitability, or damages affecting your goods must be addressed directly to the manufacturer.  Upon notification from you of these issues, we may provide you with contact information for the manufacturer, however it is your responsibility to contact the manufacturer with your complaint.

Should your goods be damaged or lost during shipment, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery in writing via our website.  Please include pictures of the damage or loss.  We will send you a replacement of the damaged goods upon receipt of your email within 1-2 days.  We will not issue a refund for damaged or lost goods, however we will issue a replacement if your claim has been made within 14 days.

Should you receive goods inconsistent with your order in regards to type or quantity, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery in writing via our website.  Please include pictures of the goods you received.  We will send you a replacement or addition of the goods not received.  We will not issue a refund for an incomplete order.

Should your order be detained or returned by international customs, please know that we fully insure your package and will work with you to guarantee either the delivery of your parcel or a full refund.  This is part of our service to you and included in our pricing for all customers.  Please note that this guarantee applies to customs clearance issues only and not to postal service delivery mistakes or non-collection circumstances after your goods are cleared.

It is the customer’s responsibility to collect any package that is waiting for collection at a local delivery postal office.  We will not be responsible for any packages that are not collected by customers in a timely manner.  Should your package be returned to us due to non-collection, we will issue a refund minus a 20% surcharge for restocking provided that your tracking link verifies the package was re-exported and returned to the UK.

Should your goods be returned to us due to non-collection at your address, we may offer to reship you the goods for an additional shipping cost, or issue a refund minus a restocking fee.  Please monitor your tracking number(s) to minimize any issues of delivery with your local post office.
